I used the convection oven at 225. Pull some out at 2 hours and the rest at 3 hours. They taste great. Now I’ll produce more small tomatoes next season

How long do they keep?
Great way to preserve tomatoes. If I remember correctly sun-dried tomatoes go for around $5 a pound at Central Market. Great crop !

I don’t know, I just made them. Someone said to put them in olive oil to preserve them
I put half in the fridge and the other half in the freezer vacuum sealed
A pound of sun dried tomatoes is like a small mountain.
