If anybody can find video pls post it.
Looks like a pretty good pickup. Coach alluded that the last scholly was more for a practice player rather than major help during games. Even with that, nice to have some size on the bench for our big guys.
Can never have too much depth.
Per JD coming in a Grad Transfer. Avg 5 pts & 3 rb / gm as a Senior.
CKS-- “Darius gives up help in the frontcourt”
CKS-- " Having extra body gives us more depth and allows us to be more more versatile and move people around "
CKS-- " Darius is going to help us "
Darius just became the luckiest guy in America.
I was hoping for a surprise w a solid class of 2023 high school C/PF reclassifying for this last spot.
That said… adding a veteran big for just a year will help in practice, injury insurance, and he could surprise when this staff breaks down his game.
Seems like a sunshine type senior addition, adds depth.
Glad to have him and should be a great addition for our culture.
Having that extra guy in practice makes a huge difference in some of the rotations and combinations we can use.
WE NOW HAVE OUR TEAM!
no joke.
hey Charleston southern guy no one has ever heard of, want to come join our national contention team next season?
it always amazes me how coaches can find these players. talk about scouting.
At least he adds some size and weight. 72% from the FT is really nice to see. Anyone know how good he moves ?
We know nothing!
Ty Bowser’s cousin
BOOM
Long wingspan and smart defender! Brings height at 6-9. Has always shot it very efficiently from the field. Welcome to CoogLand!!!
How tall is he in shoes?
so we have Chaney, Roberts, Francis, Walker, Powell and now Bowser - 6 big men to rotate.
couple that with 8 guards - we should be plenty fresh this year.
Looks like a good depth addition!
Bowser ?
