Is all forgiven if we are 7-1 going into USF?

You mean TF hasn’t got used to it by now?

I’m still buying season tickets and donating, when we have a down stretch is when we need to keep our support up so we can have the money to make whatever changes we need to make. But, you do what you think is best.

Dude. You need a time out.

Few are canceling season tickets while we are on the verge of becoming a member of the Big 12.

Even if they do…so what? It’s not as though we don’t have plenty of seats available at TDECU.

My gawd, what the hell? Give it a rest.

Don’t come crying on the board if Holgi returns next season.

Whether I cry or not is none of your business.

Give it a rest.

If CDH returns, I will support him and the team while he is still here because I will know that our administration has decided it is the best course at this time. I’m pulling for him to turn it around as I write this. I will just have to wait and see and hope for the best.

Let him destroy the football program then. His recruiting and his offense suck.

I can’t see us realistically doing worse than 6-6 this year. If they brought Holgorsen back after that, then there probably is a really good reason, and it is most likely financial. If that happens, you keep supporting the program and athletes. It’s not their fault we are in this mess.

OK, buddy. You are a better man than me. Congratulations!! You did it!

Qwan didnt say HE was doing anything, he said other people will do it, and he’s right…I dont think you realize the anger out there…I heard it at the game, and after the game, too…College fans dont like whatt theyve seen for the last few years…We have lots of walk up college fans who come to our games. Those are people we stand to lose right now. Its a problem…

I don’t think it’s a contest for anyone. Me as a player parent, I will support my kid whether he is at UH or at D3 Potato Tech in the middle of Idaho. I hate to see them lose and wish there were some changes. Do I tell him that, no! His job is to be the best DE for the team and the best student in the class. Mine and his dad’s opinions should not affect him. He has other things to deal with. Some just feel they should support no matter what and others don’t. To each their own.

Aldine, you are better than that.

Anger? Please! I’m a UH grad and a fan for over 60 years. Who are you kidding?

We are not going to lose anyone while we are on the verge of becoming a Big 12 member. That is totally ridiculous. All it does is give non-season ticket holders an opportunity to take their seats.

What is different than the years under Dimel? Briles? Sumlin? Levine? Herman? Applewhite, and now Holgersen?

At some point Cougar fans either want a change or we resented them leaving.

It’s always been heads we win and tails they lose.

It is not our decision when he if fired.

Did you pay for his salary? No, you didn’t, nor did I.

My word, have we have lost all common sense?

I would prefer we play out the season, then make a decision.

Admittedly, it doesn’t look good for CDH, but I refuse to be a part of a hanging party.

Not my responsibility. That decision belongs to someone else.

Get some, Goose!!!

LOL, I agree. There’s nothing changing this year re coaches. If things don’t improve, I’ll support a change. But writing it over and over hundreds of times on every message isn’t going to change a thing.

Maybe it allows them to take another swig if they say over n over… Who knows? :man_shrugging:

You really think a multi-billionaire, hugely successful businessman needs anyone of us keyboard warriors to explain the financial ramifications of losing?

Almost nobody is going to get rid of season tickets the year before we go to the Big 12, and especially the year we go into the Big 12 if this all gets worked out to start next season. Nobody is buying that.

Not if we get boat raced against them

I have to agree with CDH with a slight twist…I can’t read this $h1t.

It seems to me that some folks on here may need to grow up. The average season ticket holder at ATM or UT-A likely pays $10,000+ for each two (2) season tickets - whether their team wins 6 games or 10 games. It seems obvious that UH is seriously lacking when it comes to having a supportive P5 fan base.

You think it’s $10,000 on average?

That’s crazy high if true. I know what I pay for a couple seats at midfield, home side, annual parking pass and required donation for my favorite B1G Ten team, and it’s less than 30% of the figure you mentioned. If the Aggieland average if $10,000 …. Yikers!

I mean yeah that’s been obvious for at least 30 years. Hardly a revelation about having a soft fanbase.
