One of my all time favorite Coogs. Cool dude, glad to see him still playing.

Yeah, he was kind of meh for the Coogs then flipped a switch and was going yard regularly.

Didn’t know he had 25 bombs. Wish he could get a peek at the bigs.

I wouldn’t say he was meh… At least from what I remember…

He had 3 really good seasons here. He did have a tendency of starting off meh and then tearing it up once we made it to spring.

The Astros brought up Hensley from Sugar Land with all of 10 HR’s. Just wow.

Why is that a surprise? The kid was slashing .298/.420/.478 in the PCL and fills the Diaz role as a SS utility guy.

Yeah, a utility guy that has a .900 OPS is pretty impressive.

Yes, he can play anywhere except catcher….some should get to know baseball a little better.

Surprising that he hasn’t gotten the call up.

Hopefully next year!

I’d bet $100 that he would put up better numbers than Dubon and McCormick combined.

Why doesn’t it seem like the Stros want to give him a shot at making the team…?

You just leave your POY unprotected… Idk how that works completely but seems like someone you want to keep in your system…

Nobody picked him up, though, so I have to think it’s less about wanting to give him a shot than it is about them having a limited view of his potential. Hopefully, he proves them all wrong.

You have to remember this new power and success has only happened in the last year or so……if he had played anywhere near( his first few years in minors) how he has recently played he would have been given a big league shot already.

I think they want to make sure it’s not some kind of fluke, which I don’t think it is……if he has a good spring and starts hot at SL he has a good shot of being called up.
Somebody in the OF will either get injured or underperform and then it’s up to him to perform like he belongs.
