Julks

I’m with you. It looks too much like the hook ‘em.

Julks has proven he is a solid major league ball player. Probably an every day outfielder. Hopefully here but certainly somewhere.

Astros have a lot of good players.

It looks even worse with the orange palm gloves.
He might want to consider American sign language instead:

I thought that was American sign language for 1/8…:rofl::rofl:

Julks is making this game look easy.

If Abreu keeps bombing, they can move him to 1st base.

Maybe next season

How ‘bout that grand slam, baby?

Abreu has been a huuuuuge disappointment! Frankly, I would rather have Yuli back!

Quite a few talking heads nailed Abreu being trash this year…

Yuli was clearly the better player to be signed for this season and next at thos point in time…

Send him down to CC and let him work out his offense before it’s too late.

Dusty and Dana appear to be afraid of injuring his pride, but baseball is a business.

At this point in the season, the onus is on management to take corrective action.

Abreu is a veteran with more than enough service time to refuse a minor league demotion.

And you can’t look purely at numbers….Yuli would have signed a one year 8M….if you take that into consideration it makes it even worse.

Odds that we get to see him sprint around the bases again before the all-star break?

7/1?

100%.

He would refuse assignment.

Then if he is released someone will pick him up and he will basically be playing on the Astros dime.

Dusty probably won’t move him down the order any more because he will see it as disrespectful.

Who’s to say they don’t trade for Yuli at the deadline? Could get him for cheap.

Why would Miami sell? They are in the thick of the playoff race.

Let’s see where they are on 7/31

Will never happen….it would be admitting they messed up.

I think Crane is willing to do the right thing to win…

That’s Drayton that would never admit a wrong move from what I remember…
