That it’s his job to get them ready to compete?!
He knows damn well he is not putting in the time an effort……if he had any integrity he would ask for some sort of negotiated buyout….because what he’s doing now is cheating everyone from the players to the alumni.
And don’t forget….he said “ this is a big 12 roster and it’s my job to get them ready”.
They want to compete. They’re athletes - it’s what they live for. Maybe they just don’t want to compete under this coach.
IMO, CDH knows the end is near. My concern at the moment…the season will see several talented players transfer.
It would be best if he sat down with Pez and Tilman and negotiated a early exit for everyone’s benefit.
The season has to be weighing on his mental health because it certainly is having a negative effect on our fans emotional health.

Pollard, allow me to chime in. It would be his job but we don’t have enough fans. Our facilities are awful. And its the B12. Do you really want to sit there and expect him to get 22 guys ready to play football?
Some of your expectations are beyond the pale.
The team probably senses a lack of belief and/or desire from the staff. Even the most motivated and talented players will underperform under those conditions.
Obviously, Duarte graded on a curve.
Players can 100% tell when a coach is just going through the motions……They can hoop and holler and act like they are fired up….but players know.
They also read the message board.
