Kingston Flemings

Los came on slow last season, too… remember he then had that streak of awesome games in January/February… if he does that again combined with being Steady Eddie then I think he will still go in the late first/early second…

Which boards are these? I haven’t seen anything with Cenac outside of the top 25

As I recall Bird was seen as ‘a guy who couldn’t make it at Indiana’ and seen with some skepticism. Bird cemented himself as a guy everybody in the NBA wanted in the tourney. And as far as “today’s game” the court is the same size and the basket is the same height. Granted the players are substantially taller, stronger, quicker, faster, and more resilient than ever… LOL

most of the big sites have made updates yet… blecher report has updated theirs, they have him #21 but the take for him even noted that his stock might continue to fall…

He’s also settling around the perimeter often, and he’s struggled to create high-percentage looks for himself.

The lack of defensive playmaking and passing just make it tougher to picture pathways to upside. Scouts may start to question how strongly he’ll impact games if he’s not shooting well.

Bird was drafted in the ‘78 draft but came back to Indiana State for one more run so that tournament run literally had zero impact on his draft stock. That might have been the narrative the media tried to push but NBA execs obviously already saw his greatness.

Yea, those are just guys like me and you creating a board. One guy has Acuff at 30. Another has Jojo at 17 and another has Ament at 42. I wouldn’t put much stock in any of this. But time will tell

lol. Cenac is not out of the top 60 on any reputable boards.

Cenac is number 16 here. Updated on Christmas Eve. yup, falling out of the top 60. What a dumb thing to say.

Number 12 here. Updated on December 16th. Only game since then was against Arkansas. Where he went for 9 and 7 on 4-8 from the floor. I’m sure in ESPN’s next update he will be out of the top 60.

Just a dumb thing to say.

So Cenac is back next year. Is that what ESPN is telling you? Wonder if je shoots .5 more 3 ponters per game? Would that get him back in the 1st round ?

ESPN is saying he is in the lottery. Some random Twitter guys are telling Pesik this. It’s comical that he actually brought this to the board as proof that Cenac’s stock has tanked to the point of him being undrafted.

I’m with you after having almost 1/3 of a freshman season to compare. Rob was electric and flashier, but if he was a better shooter it would be marginal. He was also called upon to shoot more often because his freshman year there were limited offensive options. Rob was also a liability on defense.

I’m a little puzzled by your assesment of their physical stature. To me, Kingston is substantially more athletic, as well as being a couple of inches taller and 20 pounds heavier.

i said updated in the last week…

and i think you are missing a noteable cntext… most are probably assuming he’ll come back for a 2nd year if they arent in the 1st round… i doubt we’ll see many projections of #45 and #37

ESPN, CBS, and Bleacher Report all have him in the first round. Again, you just say things. Go pull some more Twitter draft boards for me.

i wouldn’t go as far as to say “you and me”

Ben Pfeifer and matt powers are the main draft analyst for swish theory … its a big site, not anywhere near an ESPN, but those arent fan boards lol

That draft pow guy has Dailyn Swan or however you spell his name in the top 10. And Pesik wants me to take this as proof. Lmfao.

i noted he has been droppin the last week with all the recent boards… you post baords older than last week, and one without a date… i even quoted the Bleacher report board, which they noted his stock was falling despite keeping him at 21…

you are arguing for semantic sake when my point was more about the falling stock

CBS was clearly dated December 24th. ESPN’s was December 16th. You just sound like a fool. Per the usual.
