Yes. Disappointing is putting it mildly. Wish I had waited before pulling the trigger on my season ticket renewal. I probably would’ve renewed them anyway, but this is not the way to attract a new fan base.

Picked last by Big 12 coaches in preseason poll. Looking more and more like Rehr was just fortunate with his first class of transfers

Not looking great. I buy season tickets for one Lady Coog sports every year just to support. Looks like I may have picked the wrong horse this year.

This is so unfortunate. Coach Rohr had the program on a roll at the end of the AAC days and at beginning of Big 12 play. The last two seasons have been underwhelming and the level of talent seems to have dropped off. I understand there have been some injuries but it seems the program has lost all momentum. The talent recruitment lately seems very average compared to other Big 12 programs. Is this due in large part to low NIL for UH? Are there other reasons? If so, what are they? What is it going to take to rebuild a winning culture? Is Rohr the right coach to lead this program to succeed at the highest levels of the Big 12 and consistently participate in the NCAA tournament? These are important questions for this program if the athletic department wants it to compete or just to sponsor the sport to fulfill Title IX requirements.
I really hope the predictions are wrong. I want the volleyball team to succeed. It’s a great sport.

Sure NIL is a factor at the very top but this is not what the issue at UH. The issue is Rehr is in over his head, his staff has turned over and over. No one else to blame but the one in the mirror. The recruiting coordinator that left to coach club was a huge bust. Rehr is a goof ball as well, former trainer turned coach story has played itself out. The guy was very lucky with the transfers he got at the beginning and to lock in that contract.
