We finally have tickets available at Costco.
Saw that here in Sugar Land too. That’s nice.
That means we have thousands available.
Yep means that season tickets or just ticket sales in general are going to crater hard
It has been talked about in the past other schools having their tickets for sale in Costco and people complaining why don’t we. Now we have it and more doom and gloom. That’s why fan is short for fanatic.
What is that from?
Idiotocracy
LOL
Small correction, Idiocracy.
With that,
Just a few years ago the lower bowl was sold out.
Nice to see but I think raising prices this year after forcing Dana on us was a terrible idea. It’s clear it pissed folks off.
Maybe not pissed them off but definitely UH did not read the room. Inflation up, interest rates high, budgets are stretched for a lot of folks and we raise prices after handing millions to a coach heading out the door. Just tone deaf reactions by UH.
And now we are staring at 1-11 and have raised prices. There will be some buyers remorse when it comes to renewing in the off season.
Hope the guy from New Mexico has a plan that was better than New Mexico attendance, cause we are headed that way quick. lol.
I had buyers remorse plenty of times the last 7 years. 7 years and they would always make tickets cheaper and it would be cheap on the market.
Then none of the games were against big teams. But Dana killed us. The extension killed us and they raising prices was asinine. It more than doubled for both football and basketball. I wish we had stuff for the fan.
I dont pretend to know their finances but thats not my problem and it shouldnt be as a fan and alum.
The game was bad and the tailgate wasnt good. There was no one out there. Theres so much to fix that i dont think they will fix ever. I frankly have given up.
I probably won’t be renewing next year. Huge price increases two years in a row and a carp product on the field.
You go where the people are. Costco does some good business for a lot of baseball teams so it’s worth the try. Can argue over the price/location but it’s a good move.
looks like not a single ticket has been purchased.
Right in the lower/middle end of affordability comparing those that also list online -
Lots of big 10 schools on there. That’s a sign we gone!!!
Do we know that sales dropped or was it just attendance?
