So Texags posted that it happened I thought it might be relevant to the thread and posted the official link. But it’s not right now

It will be interesting to see if Bibi’s decision to continue bombing Lebanon immediately after ā€œthe dealā€ was announced will change that dynamic. I think the combination of Bibi, Hegseth and Lindsey Graham is what pushed T to jump in with both feet, but a ā€œmisunderstandingā€ that killed any potential cease fire deal will likely change that dynamic, especially after Israel misrepresented the situation to begin with.

It’s just unfathomable that Israel and the US were not on the same page here, and only one of them looks like the dumbass right now. This can’t sit very well with T. Another result may be further erosion of support for Israel from the American public, which will give T another exit opportunity, but Israel and the other Arab countries appear to be of the same mind on this, so who knows.

I think kind of goes back to what I’ve been saying. Bibi’s goals are not in line with ours. Fearless Leader careers about his legacy, he wants to be the one who knocked out the Iranians and bringing freedom to Iran but not a Syria or Libya failed state.

Bibi wants Iran completely of the board as a failed state, and to expand Israeli territory.

It’s not about believe, it’s about the simple question of where it came from and how it relates. You guys decided to answer that question several replies down, so thank you, but why is that so hard?

Still not sure how it relates to the Iran war, but OK,

She’s the person that leaked to the media that only one crew member had been rescued which put troops in danger rescueing the second

How would someone who hasn’t been in the military or had clearance for a decade have access to classified information from the last week?

Her arrest had nothing to do with the operation in Iran.

She was charged for leaking classified information from 2022-2025 based on her work from 2010-2016. What am I missing?

Which means it’s not possible for her to be the leaker now. Somebody might have leaked to her. That’s completely different.

And we’re back folks

Sounds like DT just admitted the strait is closed

My gut feeling with these new threats is that if Iran fails to open up the strait, then we will forcibly and military request another 2 weeks for negotiations

and if those negotiations fail, then they will have 2 weeks to open the Strait or else we will start shootin. If they don’t want us to start shootin, then we need confirmation from Iran that they will negotiate a deal, within 2 weeks

What year is it?

I actually think we’ll use the 2 weeks to amass a much larger force in the region.

He’s boxed himself in.

To me it looks like a full invasion or a world changing defeat. Either could happen.

Iran is run by nut jobs who will overplay their hand and probably force an invasion. If they were reasonable they could trade their nuclear and proxy war ambitions and get a nice win out of this - but they are going to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

Like everyone said you can’t bomb a country into a regime change. Skip the ridiculous middle step. We don’t need to park our troops on oil islands for drone and rocket target practice before getting real.
