WHAT how dare they! They must be morons to do the thing we did. Those ships must be morons to try and run the Strait. Those fools those foolish fools! This is also an outage and affront to Fearless Leader. We must bomb the brown out of them! All glory to Fearless Leader

I kept it together for like 4 days, but…

It’s an 18-minute video, he posted it 6 minutes ago. The video is full of facts. Not propaganda. The IRGC doesn’t need the mullahs; the people are questioning their leadership. Where’s the propaganda? Explain/refute. One of the most informative links posted in quite a while, more so than the dumb memes and GIFs. Water, electricity, and money, seems dire. Theocracy ended, military dictatorship begins.

I’ve heard Israel is using white phosphorus bombs in civilian areas. I’m not sure what is 100% true but they don’t seem to be treating others how they want to be treated. The list of things is long from what I’m hearing.

Sounds like we’re reversing course and are extending the sanctions waiver on Iranian oil.

This entire situation will have enormous long term repercussions

Not good. They apparently still have a gunboat navy that stopped 2 ships
and got 2 of their oil tankers( loaded with 4 million barrels)thru our blockade.

Maybe we don’t fire on loaded tankers ? Or if going to India or China we don’t try
to hard ?

But I thought we decimated all of their ā€œwaterboatsā€

On again , off again, on again sanctions …almost sounds like the tariff policy.

This is Tom Foolery or brilliant strategy.

Not quite.

Even the best blockades don’t generally stop everything.

Even when the Union Naval blockade was at its peak, about 1 in 10 confederate blockade runners still got through.

Guess what?

The fact that so many didn’t DECIMATED the Confederate economy.

So don’t act as if a few vessels getting through is that big a deal.

The overall flow of Iranian vessels has been reduced to ā€œa trickle.ā€

If they ā€œobliteratedā€ Iran’s Navy, how are they still able to be disruptive in the Strait?

From my understanding, IRGC still has speedboats along with missiles/drones that can be launched from the coast. I also assume that the US military overstates how much damage to IRGC’s arsenal has actually been inflicted

Probably for them they mean the blue water stuff frigates, subs, and stuff which yeah they were going to get blown up pretty easily sitting in port or in the water.

They aren’t really counting the speed boat fleet. You know the things that can really cause issues on shallower water or a narrow passage way of water, a strait if you will.

Any Motorboat could have a machine gun mounted on it and become a ā€œspeed boatā€ or ā€œgun boatā€ or whatever.

Yet DT hardly mentions what capabilities Iran still has.

It’s always → ā€œTheir navy is gone, their air force is gone, their anti-aircraft is gone, their boats are gone, their leadership is deadā€

So what exactly is Iran’s leverage and/or combative force that enables them to have any say in a deal? What’s stopping us from just taking over the strait and/or seizing their energy sites?

It’s been 50 days and is still yet to be explained.

I mean obviously both because that is SOP for warring parties and because if the whole thing was ā€œobliteratedā€ we could’ve already forced the Strait with minimal risks of something bad happening.

Iran is who advises Hamas in Gaza…

By not surrendering Gaza became a pile of rubble and Iran is clearly pleased with that for Gaza.

The next threat:
Power plants - Google says 130 and 1 nuclear. Bridges - 300,000 but less than 200 100+ yards. Their only defense for these are political pressure - but they could all be down in a day.

I hope they just keep the blockade up and see what happens. With the political reactions coming back on the US, if they do start it they probably will do them all in a day.
