Meanwhile, Iran war

It’s clear to me by these ceasefires that DT is simply at a loss for what to do.

He doesn’t know what to do. He has no options. He has no leverage for negotiations, and if he did, this deal would’ve been done weeks ago if not by day 3 of the initial bombings.

DT is wasting time, and he is hurting both the American and broader International economy by “blockading” the Strait of Hormuz. Iran said it themselves, they will open up the strait as soon as the US blockade ends.

So why aren’t we ending the blockade already?

DT is likely stuck. He can’t accept that he loss this war. But I promise you, he will have to eventually relay the news to the world, and he will likely blame Israel (for Lebanon) and Hegseth (for the plan of attack)

My expectation is an eventual deal that gets us back to where we were except with some sort of tolling arrangement in the strait.

The “win” for us will be “regime change” and some commitments to not pursue nuclear weapon.

Which is going to significantly hurt our international relationships, likely strengthening China and putting the United States neck and neck with Russia.

It’s certainly not a good thing. It’s just what I expect to happen.

The problem is that Iran is asking for more than just control of the Strait. Giving them the Strait isn’t going to equalize the uranium enrichment problem.

Iran is likely going to bargain for the Strait, lifting of sanctions permanently, and unfreezing of major assets in the double digits in exchange for agreeing to end enrichment programs.

But here is the issue with “untrustworthy” Iran - > If they even JUST get control of the strait as you predict, that is going to add billions upon billions to their weekly revenues → Which means that they will eventually make enough money to break whatever agreement is set forth, and who’s going to stop them? They will have had the money to build an even larger/equipped military force.

There is a reason why the US has made all attempts over 47 years to severely limit both their economy and their nuclear ambitions

Yeah I’m kind of at where you are the outcome is a crappier JCPOA, some sort of strait tolling or direct payments, and maybe a gold plated self named hotel in Tehran

Yes → but they will make so much cash to build a bigger army that they will eventually reach a point where they can break any type of nuclear deal without any consequences

That’s the problem here

Like I said → Uranium isn’t an attack mechanism for Iran. It’s a DEFENSE mechanism for their own interests.

But I mean after this why would they want a nuclear weapon? It’s not like anyone has invaded or bombed them on flimsy evidence and at the behest of another nation. While having limited options of military deterrence.

That’s crazy moronic talk like brown people crazy moronic talk.

And getting nothing for it. Just funding the Iranian regime. Masterful.

Yes, I know all the problems with it.

Just have patience, imagine how much faster the Vietnam conflict wouldn’t have ended with the current administration. This is the administration that ended the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan, or was one Albania

Because Iran hates our freedoms

Or another way to say it, a watered down JCPOA.
Brilliant !

more expensive JCPOA…lol

I prefer crappier but watered down is fine. More favorable to Iran would be accurate as well

Just a week and half ago : “All of Iran civilization will die tonight”

What Iran will do is allow the blockade to continue choking the American economy. They have no issue with it. They’ve been sanctioned for 47 years

Iran called that fake news. But who knows. Neither have a track record of telling the truth.

You’re probably correct. They probably killed the 8 women along with the soccer team that had initially wanted to defect
