No, Kosovo wasn’t a naval war.
But it may be possible to win through a combination of air AND naval (blockade, etc) power.

And it’s also important to Iran, hence the blockade, so again, we’ll see who cries “uncle” first.
As for Ahmajenidad, he bad mouthed us at the UN, but EVEN WORSE, sponsored terrorist organizations that KILLED AMERICANS.

If the Navy could open the Strait, what are they waiting for? If we could just convoy the ships through, why wouldn’t we? Instead what we see is American cannot guarantee any safety going through the Strait.
