now, since the usa has has had measles and tuberculosis vaccine for decades and effectively eliminated both of those, occam’s razor says the illegals that have come in that routinely have not had preventive medicine that native born us citizens are the cause of the rising numbers.

I thought millions of immigrants were now gone. If so, why are measles cases it up now vs when there were far more here?
I’m not saying immigrants have no impact. But Occam’s razor wouldn’t point to this. I would expect the correlation in vaccination rates would be higher.
I’d be interested in seeing actual real data showing that illegal immigrants brought the measles with them. Seems like more BS

Here’s a 2019 study in Europe on this very issue. Very clear results showing it’s local vaccination rates.

In the US, the most significant clusters of cases are in South Carolina, Utah, Arizona, Virginia and Pennsylvania. That just screams illegal immigrant problems.

Besides, with the drops in the Asian and White vaccine rates, they still have higher rates than Black and Hispanic vaccination rates. Per that Kaiser source you linked.

That doesn’t change what I said. In fact, it’s part of what I said. You can’t stop it from coming. Whether that is immigration, traveling in and out of US, etc. You can only stop it with vaccines.
Anyway, I said earlier immigration has an impact. That doesn’t mean it’s the main driver. This stuff has been studied and I provided one of them. The results were clear.
Measles (and other contagious diseases) can and do get here from other means. And once it’s here, you can’t stop it without vaccines.
The root cause is less people getting vaccinated. Immigrants do contribute to that but US citizens are being impacted because they aren’t vaccinated. The same would be true when someone brought it in while traveling.
