People who exercise constantly can still have heart attacks, usually due to hidden heart conditions, extreme overexertion, or genetics, though regular physical activity still lowers overall heart risk.

Right there’s a difference between lowering risks, as excercise, healthy diet, and not smoking absolutely do for heart attack. Vs. virtually complete prevention like the MMR vaccine.

The two things really aren’t comparable.
It has a very high R0 value; so yes, it’s a big deal for infants (not yet vaccinated), senior citizens, and those with compromised immune systems undergoing chemotherapy.
And of course heart attacks aren’t contagious.
