First mistake was respecting Bob Bullock’s Baby. If you are going to respect any in state team its TCU as they also got thrown to the hinterlands. Dont show mercy for Bullock and Richard’s teams.

OK you’re correct. I take away any notion of respect for any of the previous SWC teams. Dont know what I was thinkin.

I remember Tech fans came to our tailgate after the Case win and tried to take a piss. That’s was a level of low i hadn’t seen before. We need to beat them on the feild again,Fritz now has extra motivation

Texas Tech has literally not accomplished anything in football ever. No outright major conference titles, NEVER ranked in CFP rankings, no Heisman winners, finished in AP rankings only 11 times (and they’ve played football nearly 100 years) and they’ve NEVER finished in the Top 10. The only major bowl they played in is the Cotton Bowl and they lost all four. Oh, and only four 10-win seasons since WWII (only one since 1980).

Texas Tech isn’t relevant enough for me to hate.
I’d like to hate Tech, but like @Cougardue stated, they at least play us.
It’s not their fault we completely forget how to play the game when going against them. At some point we need to put them in the rear view mirror and not look back.
