Yes sir I do. Graduated a long time ago and thought I should let people know I have my MBA.
Best,

Heck yeah, late 70âs fun timesâŠweâd have the Mall page Mike Hunt over the speakers, theyâd fall for it every timeâŠwe even managed to get the Astrodome to post on the old scoreboard paging Dr Jack MeoffâŠstupid, immatureâŠmaybe, probably but we sure laughed a lot
Iâve got that one too. And the Astrodome seats.
I canât believe I missed the opportunity to walk into the Astrodome and purchase one of those seats. I must have been traveling. The last time I was in the dome was for a HS football game. So many great memories there.
Was Old Cougar Field in the same place as the stadium now?
Yes
They need to bring that Spring Break/Family Fun vibe back to the field. The Noble years were fun!
Especially the winning part along with hosting teams like LSU!
Myself, a lawn chair, a cooler of PBR, and about a thousand yellowjackets watched many a Saturday afternoon doubleheader for free underneath the wax leaf ligustrums outside the right field chain length fence at old Cougar Field.
I hate yellow jackets. They feel like a brick to the head. I canât understand how anyone could stay 100 ft from those beasts
Are we talking about the crack of a wood bat days or the age of aluminum?
I donât mind Yellowjackets.
The TV announcers on the Sunday telecast were laughing about batters going to the plate and trying to dig their cleats into the dirt. âItâs all carpet! Old habits die hard!â
I do wish we had a grass field, but Iâd settle for real dirt in the infield and pitcherâs mound.
Unfortunately, aluminum bats.
93⊠thats just it. We offended the baseball gods by switching to that crap field instead of staying with the natural stuff, Cougar Field has never been the same.
I liked calling it Cougar Field better.
