WNBA announced three new teams (Philly, Detroit, Cleveland) - thatâs on top of Golden State this year, and Portland and Toronto (next year).
Kind of a dig at Houston in general, but probably is an indication that Houston Rockets ownership isnât serious about getting a WNBA team.
