Talent wise he is a top half of the first round guy
.the Rockets were classy and never bashed him publicly.
Ime said they spoke and that Cam knew what he needed to do to get on the court but that was mostly the extent

however, other GM’s clearly knew he was immature and not super coachable

if he was there would have been teams lined up before the most recent draft willing to give up a first rounder for him.

And even after all that, the Rockets still did the kid a solid by trading him where he wanted to go.

Yuup, it’s the Eurobasket tourney. Joker and Serbia looked really good today. Tomorrow Luka and Slovenia play Poland at 130pm. Turkey plays Friday at 645am vs Czech Republic.

It’s good basketball, i signed up thru the Courtside 1891 app. (30 bucks for the year). You can also get a free subscription but not sure that includes live games

Man, Alpi was such a steal in that 2021 draft! Rockets with 4 first round picks that year and only Alpi is left.

Great 1st half between Turkey and Serbia. Alpi and Joker do not disappoint. Alpi almost a triple doub 12p 8r 7a. Turkey down 49-46

Let me clarify that I didn’t watch the game but don’t read too much in Sengun winning the stats battle. Serbia doesn’t use Jokic like Denver does. Bogdanovic is Serbia’s top player.

Got ya, if you can, catch a replay. Bogdan hasnt played the entire tourney. Alpi looked great head to head with Joker. They went at each other when paired and Joker was actuality more aggressive when guarded by other bigs.

When guarded by Sengun he passed more than shot. Seemed on purpose to pull Alpi from the action and try to limit his effect on D and the boards

KD intrigues me but the only way we’re realistically winning a trophy is if Sengun or Amen become a legit Top 10 NBA player. If he can play like this consistently, he’s definitely on his way.

I have tried to not support any of the Rockets since Harden, but Sengun is difficult to not like, the way he plays and attitude.
