I don’t keep up with these minor leagues or whatever so why’s he been sent down? Only was a double digit machine during the summer. Can he not help the ‘average’ Rockets NOW?
Whose minutes is he going to take? Being sent to the D League is a good sign. 9-12 are place sitters, not players. They think Cam can be a player.
Very good. Thanks for taking the time.
Yes Cam can play and do some great things now but he is only 19. Going to the G league is a perfect opportunity for him to play big kind and learn how to play all aspects.
He and Thompson are both going to be players.
Green looks like he is learning how to play and be an offensive leader.
Smith has improved a lot from last season and will take another jump before the next.
This team is deep and still has Cam and Thompson waiting in the wings.
For the first time in years I am looking forward to watching this team.
Thanks Russ.
Lol
He is not a bust and no one around him thinks so.
He will brought along slowly as a reserve.
His brother is lighting it up averaging 10+ points & 5 rebounds. Early yes, but cause for concern… especially when you can’t stay on the court.
Absolutely ZERO concern because he has had to miss some time early with an injury.
He will have the LUXURY of playing behind FVV. When he has been on the court he has looked the part.
Looking forward to him getting back on the court but right now the Rockets are deep and we don’t need to force feed him much.
I don’t know as much about the NBA as some other folks on here, but I do know the PG position is a much different animal than other positions. Amen is a PG. Ausar is not. I think the learning curve for Amen is much tougher, but he’ll learn fast from Van Vleet.
Oh shut up lol.
I think its too early to call any Rookie a bust at this point
I think our coach is pretty freaking good. The city of Houston might have the best basketball coaches in the world.
Wow! Tramon and Caleb have to seeing this.
My wife and I went to the Rockets vs. Lakers game last night. The Rockets wore their H-Town Phi Slama Jama uniforms, and Hakeem Olajuwon and Clyde Drexler were there to be honored.
At halftime, two artists made these big awesome paintings of Dream and Clyde, and they played the UH fight song the whole time. It was really awesome.
Concern over 2-3 games is some next level knee jerk reactions
Hope your right, REALLY.
Any video?
My goodness they are fun to watch.
5 straight and, and like I said, still have more depth waiting in the wings.
Whitmore and Thompson are going to help this team at some point.
