Dabo doesnt like NIL or using the portal either. His seat was about to get warm but hes not out of the woods yet. Clemson has to gave a good showing against SMU or he’s in trouble.

Well maybe getting fired is the way to go on this one, if it means $25mm. The fact remains, NIL is here and you have to embrace it .

Yeah, I agree that his act this year has been off-putting.
I guess my issue here is that OSU is trying to flex on him when they gave up leverage with that contract. There’s a better way to do this than giving a guy an ultimatum to either take a pay cut to fund NIL (which I’m not even sure is legal) or get fired “for cause”. That doesn’t even make sense. 
I’m anxiously awaiting the news at 5:00. I’m glad this is an OSU problem and not ours.
Maybe he will pull a Dave Chappelle and walk away from the money. 
Dave walked from $50MM. Doubtful, but you never know, not everyone is motivated by money. I agree though, glad this is an OSU issue and not ours.

This doesn’t have the feel of something that’s going to end with Gundy being the coach, and that’s going to be costly to OSU.

Several of their insiders on their premium board are saying hes gone. We’ll see.
They keep saying they can fire him for cause and not have to pay 25M. I’m not seeing how
I think that’s going to be the ultimate result, but he hasn’t been fired yet according to other “insiders”.
There’s some indication that he requested additional time to consider his options.
O-line was bad. He knew it and didn’t go at it 100%… from what I’ve read…

What xDC stated about turmoil within the program other than a bad season and his unwillingness to adapt to certain personality shortcomings. From the little bit I’ve read it seems Players have really fallen out of favor with the way he treats them
