Was that game on Wednesday?

This season is really tough for that program / like a total loss.

It’s been a rough season for SH.

Yes. I’ll add that KPRC2 thought we were playing UTEP on Wednesday.

That will really deflate a team.

C-USA plays weekday games, so that hurts attendance. Shell Stadium isn’t in Huntsville, so that keeps students from going.

Add in their record of 0-7 this year and it would be like the Helton/Dimel years at UH when we were lucky to draw 20K.

I was going to say it was just as bad in 2012/2013 when UMass had to play down in Gillette stadium for similar reasons but their worst was still 8k

cant hold that against them, one hurricane comes thru and coogs may have to do the same; i’d hate to see coogs attendance if they had to drive 75 miles for home games.

2,546 is our game in Dallas due to Ike just for the raw numbers. Now that is against Air Force, so that would bump things up a bit

From theScore app.

I’m guessing that’s tickets sold.

We were embarrassing too

Well, ESPN says it was an attendance of 4,657. Who can dispute that?

I remember ~3,000 showing up for Louisville one year at Robertson.

There were only a few thousand in attendance for a miserable bad weather day UofH VS Texas Southern. Briles last game I believe.

They are winless. Give them a break! and i think that UTEP-Sam game was also on TV, because i watched some of it…CBS sports, i think.

Yup. They are playing in htown and not in Huntsville… on a Wednesday. Can’t imagine a lot of their usual local support would make the trek. Some people just like to kick others while they are down.

I believe that was in the Dimel years and pretty sure we had a record like Sam Houston does.

SH really had no business moving into FBS.

I was there. Not a very pretty day outside.
