I think its safe to say weāve lost all of the commits that were having second thoughts. Anymore and it will be a real shocker. We can only go up from here.

We lost all the recruits (except one) that got P5 offers after Herman left. Guess we should be thankful they didnāt all get P5 offers.

All have P5 offers and were committed before Hermanās departure, but whatever fits your narrative. How does when they were offered a P5 scholarship matter? We have offered guys that were committed to other schools, and they flipped to UH. We have received commitments from players that were highly coveted by P5 schools. Stop trying to prove that CMA was a bad hire by some ridiculous and very minute criteria that we have lost the recruiting battle. We lost three kids to Judas. It says more about Judas and those three players than it says about CMA and UH. This class is shaping up to be pretty dang good for a transitional staff if you could get out of your own way to see that.
If we can get L Frederick at CB and D Harris at OL and then fill out another few spots with quality 2*'s with potential, we will be in good shape. Then we can hope that Joe Anderson does in fact enroll in the summer, and I would call this first class a win for CMA.

Kind of out of the blue. He did visit Houston back in October after decommitting from Memphis,but he hasnāt even been on the radar with the new staff. His friend, Nick Robinson, just committed back to Memphis so expect Owens to recommit as well.
