If you’re pro-Palestine, generally the argument is that Palestinians were forced out of Israel by the British Empire and scattered with millions settling in Gaza

I really don’t care honestly because there’s nothing I can do about it. The US stole land. The Royal family has stolen land.
Regarding Israel-Palestine, both sides have their own interpretation of the history of what is now Israel. Bottom line is Israel is a state home to a Jewish population, and that’s never going to change just like America will never become a Native American majority or would the land in whole be given back to the Native Americans
There’s also lots of discrimination and Islamophobia in Israel as well just as there is Antisemitism in ethnic Palestine
I didn’t ask you if you can do anything about it. I want to know who you think stole land from whom? I’m also not looking for an interpretation of history. It’s history.
It’s hard for me to give you a personal opinion because both sides provide conflicting interpretations of the history

Because you’re trying to get me to say that I believe that Israel stole land from Palestine, and I’m telling you that I don’t have an opinion on that

I’m not saying I believe Israel stole land from Palestine to the point that I view is as fact, and I feel the same for the opposite viewpoint.
Regardless, I do acknowledge that Israel is a state and should be, and I also believe that will never change. I think a two state solution poses a security threat to Israel and I therefore I don’t support it.
I personally believe that the Palestine population will always suffer in perpetuity and will always be in a state of misfortune. They unfortunately landed on the wrong side of history.
Hamas/Palestinians, any of their citizens who kill a Jew(s) by blowing themselves up, their family will receive a monthly payment for life.
What a wonderful incentive plan.

See that’s much better. I mean it’s gross, but that’s how bad people operate. Do bad things for us we’ll take care of you and your family.
The various forms of mobs, cartels, terrorists that’s pretty standard procedure. Otherwise you really limit your recruiting pool.
Rather than cancelling graduation, as occurred elsewhere, CWRU has a different strategy.
It’s a pretty serious subject overall but this was pretty good skit about the protesting college students and their parents. A Little humor in these things.
