Exactly!!!
Iām really disappointed the Rockets didnāt draft him. Where are you, Tillman? Is Josh Christopher really that much better? I doubt it. Congrats to him though!

If Terrence commit I bet heās a first rounder
Why do yāall think Tillman is making draft decisions as if he knows anything about draft prospects
Patiently waiting for the boom thread on the basketball page lol Iām checking damn near hourly at this point
Heās not but in this situation, I would think he could have.
Same same, I really think heās just waiting until summer is over
Yeah does not matter the situation heās not making that decision. Nor should you want him to
So now he is drafted, can the school start selling #24 Grimes jerseys?
I really do just lay back n read all post for the most part, until incorrect info is posted. Basketball will always be first for me.
Been very loyal watching/following the Rockets since the early 70s when they moved from S. Diegoā¦ RudyT, Newlin, Murphy, BigE. So w/ that I donāt even have to look it up , I can say w certainty that the NBA decides who gets invited to Draft night. Usually itās around 22-23 players that are highly likely projected to go in 1st rd. Not always 100% that all go 1st rd that are invited. Plus some choose not to go even with invite. So to clarify, Mr Grimes was not invited to Draft night, thatās why heās at Home. Youāre welcome!
Rockets , #GoCoogs
I have to eat my thoughts on Grimes. I was doubting heād be a pro player after the tourney and here is not lands on team but #23 overall to a dominant LA team. Absolute testament to him and his coaching/development at UofH.
Not that it matters but went to Knicks at #25.
New before opening this thread it was only a matter time until someone had to complain that the Rockets didnāt take Q. Just be happy for him. Him being a Houston cougar is not a reason you draft a player. You draft the guy you thinks is best and this happens to be a very deep draft. Selfishly I would love for him to stay in Houston but the Rockets had a tremendous draft with the first three picks and honestly Iāll have to do a little research on Christopher. I donāt know enough about him at this point.
And if the Rockets had drafted him , and he was stuck at the end of bench not playing we would have heard the chirping all yr long. It was best that he go start his Pro career outside of H-Town imo.
