My gosh this SHSU LF looks horrible. Not sure if it’s the lights or what but he’s struggling. He’s caught two balls around his waist and just dropped a pop fly. Hopefully we get this guy in to tie it at 3.

We have a bunch of mid and low major conference teams coming up.

Law, there is not one “mid” team coming up before conference….all garbage teams.
Even SAM who is usually pretty salty does not seem to be anything close to good.
That OF for them was not a D-1 player.

I got that the teams are low end.
But if you’ll go back and check, you’ll see that I was referring to the CONFERENCES that those teams are from, which are mid-major (American - Rice, CUSA - Sam, Southland - UTRGV, and WAC - UT-Arlington) and low major (SWAC - Grambling), not necessarily to the teams themselves.
That said, I agree, those teams are indeed all garbage.
In any event though, I stand by what I said. We need to beat ALL of them and go on a long winning streak before conference!
No we need to lose , I hate to even say that, but we need to insure coach is let go. We can’t afford a great season and an extension again on his contract

Ya know, regarding our next series opponent, sad as it is to say…
The ONE NCAA tournament win in their entire program history came against UH in the 2001 regional.
That’s a very dubious distinction for our program to hold!
What do you have against the Coogs having a great season? What if this is beginning of many great seasons? Would you be against that too? Lets enjoy the winning.
It’s not the beginning of “many great seasons to come”……
If you choose to “just enjoy the winning” that is great.
But if other fans are looking ahead for a change after years of watching a once proud, successful program turn into a dumpster fire….well, that okay as well.
Many die hard fans have been fooled too many times than to get excited over a few wins against bad teams.
But you do you.

I agree that we have to win ALL of those games as we would have lost some of them in the recent past seasons. It builds moral and helps the team jell.
