Video of passing drill. It is very noticeable that the receivers are taught that the rep is not over until the ball is tucked, and then, the receiver finds the nearest official (student managers wearing officials stripes) and HANDS the ball to the official. They do not throw it, toss it, flip it toward the official. The ball is put into the hands of the official.
