In 99 or 2000, I was dating a woman from Louisiana who was going to school at the TMC to become a CRNA. She literally hated living in Houston, said it was the worst place she ever lived. Houston lost that title after she did her residency in Lubbock. She said it was like a time machine and they were 10 years behind the rest of the world.

While I agree with the statement, there is a thread right here at the top of this forum on either skipping out on paying a $1.25 or complaining on paying for a rail trip right to the stadium. Hard to call them bad for the SNAP comment when we feed right into it.

I appreciate the heads up, but I don’t think our fans are really in the market for the assortment of rash ointments and amphetamines on offer in the Hub “City” anyway.

Tech defense isn’t the same from last year. Their DB got torched against Oregon St.

Also, their QB can’t run. It’s time feast on this overrated team.

I predict Weigman and Thomas are going to have big games as well as Hughes.
Our D is going to put a lot of pressure on their medicore QB.

They are supposed to get a couple of key guys back on defense this week, so I expect them to be better on that side of the ball.

Their offense is shaky if they can’t run the ball at will. They might claim that they’re playing conservative until conference play or whatever, but I think the QB is gun-shy.

They lost a lot on defense, but Wood is a good DC and will have them ready to play.

This game will be won, or lost, based upon the Coog’s o-line being able to win against the Red Raider’s d-line. IMO.

I like our chances.

I disagree with you here. I think this game will be lost or won based on our skill position players on defense in their ability to get to the quarterback and make turnovers in the secondary.

I have a feeling we’re gonna have a multiple interception game. And multiple sack game.
