A simple pump fake would have left sharp wide open… but you think it was a bad play???
How often this season has LJ driven and gotten to the foul line?
What caught up to the team in the end was too many wasted possessions by nearly everyone throughout the game

Jwan literally said the shot was for sharp… and that sharp came and apologized to everyone for not getting the shot off … and they told him it was okay
I watched his locker post game and and regular post game … where did you get that from
we were down by two. Why not run up the court and drive to the basket and try and draw a foul?

I read CKS’s quote below… play was for Sharp.
It was just better defended than executed on offense…
He could’ve shot faked and had a clean 3… but he wasn’t driving in the paint with how UF defended that play.
I would’ve preferred a play drawn up for Milos to drive and try to hit the floater or lob to Francis…
Oh well… in CKS I Trust.
I see a couple reasons for it.
- Our inside game hadn’t worked all night.
- I’m not sure playing for OT is the best idea with Tugler fouled out and Francis on 4.
- Going to the line for do-or-die free throws would not have made me comfortable. Even if you draw the foul (which leaves it in the ref’s hands) the expected points are less than two.

It was obviously for sharp… and with 1 shot fake he would have been wide open for 3…
He could have also jumped into Walter to draw the foul… or drove with Jwan potentially there to screen for him
