Watching game replays on ESPN+, it occurred to me how much Jake Herslow reminds me of early Bruce Springsteen. Bruce used to wear a similar headband in his concerts.

He used to play a mean telecaster as well. Then Born to Run went Plat, and the guitar playing faded.

He didn’t get the extra Covid year because ODU didn’t play, seems odd.

All of ODU games in 2020 were canceled. Seems to me that their athletes should be awarded an extra playing year given a canceled schedule due to Covid.
