This is a P4 crowd

At UH games, people would stand and this guy next to me would yell for them to “sit down…my knee hurts”. He went to a UH at LSU game with us back in the Helton years and discovered after the third try it wasn’t going to work there.

I second this motion.

Honestly, as someone who looks like a WASP, acts like a WASP and for all intents and purposes might be a WASP…I love the SUC/Screwed/H-Town Rap music we play throughout the games. (and before you say it, I understand Rick Ross is South Florida, but we still were ahead of the curve in playing ‘Huslin’ in a stadium.)

They played it briefly once or twice. Definitely on board with you there. Hustlin’ every day.

I still associate that with the start of the 4th quarter.

Just pull the plug like we did for the Southern game :stuck_out_tongue:

Then cancel 1/2 of the 4th quarter

I was thinking of that the other day, maybe “Hustle’n” was for the Case Keenum era. Maybe there is another song that could stick with this group. But they need an identity. Hustle’n was definately an identity for the Coogs back then. When I hear it today, I still think of when La. Tech played it during our game, for their team or to mock us IDK, because they were taunting us with overrated. Then we came back.

That was the Art Briles era.

No link but it’s KSU Nation on YouTube. I guess all Aggies are alike in regards to getting high off of attendance smack.

Keenum was in the Art Briles era.

You’re right, but for some reason I equate Case with Sumlin and Kingsbury.

He was at UH from 2006-2011.

He played under BOTH Briles AND Sumlin.

His best years were under Sumlin.

Are you in SouthSide Place? I grew up on Elmora Street.

Almost bought a house on Elmora but ended up a few blocks north.

Those Louisville and OU games in the Herman days were the best environments I’ve ever been to, including any Texas games. The UH crowd can be amazing when the program is rolling, and it’s gonna keep rolling if we beat Utah.

Also on the topic of music, how you gonna have a sold out crowd for Hispanic Heritage Night and not drop Gasolina even once?

I would add the Peach Bowl to that. It was crazy. And I’m talking about the attendance. :sunglasses:

The :football: game itself was good too though :heart_eyes_cat:

Agree with the Peach Bowl. UH fans went toe-to-toe with those war-chanting, annoying, Seminole fans

That’s the north side
