We were the Favorites.
Who cares.
FSU was the favorite in 2015. OU was the favorite in 2016. Louisville was the favorite in 2016. Auburn was the favorite in 2021.
I care.
Getting blown out in games where WE are the favorite is a PROBLEM
Remember, fan is short for fanatic.
Yeah it sucks. Move on. We have 11 games remaining, and we have 2 more games until we play conference games which are much more important.
Letâs trust Fritz, because we literally have no choice, to make the necessary changes and adjustments for the remainder of the season.
What we shouldnât do is call for Fritz to be fired or that we made a bad hire after 1 game.
Well the handicappers got that wrong. With so many transfers and a new coach, I wonder why they favored us.
Nvm âŠ.
I will say that @UH1927 throwing tantrums and typing like a five year old is great fun to watch. Maybe he can break down how we can transition to losing like a more traditional college or something.
In the mean time just remember that Fritz has won everywhere he has been and is already kicking butt on the recruiting trail.
Absolutely hate to say it, but some of this has been TxAgs esque.
Have we ended up on Message Board Geniuses yet?
What UH needs is a high ROI head coach
That would actually be a nice change.
Maybe you can celebrate our attendance being the lowest in all of the Power 4!
We couldnât even sell out our opening game. Yay!
Kansas doesnât count as they are remodeling their stadium
yesâŠI pleaded to anyone that getting Coach Prime would guarantee sell-outs, get UH National media attention, get us quality recruits/transfers, and benefit the academic side.
Was I wrong?
Whether CWF is a HIGH ROI coach, or not, is yet to be seen but as of game oneâŠhe has work to do after game oneâŠincluding downward attendance trends,
Go make yourself useful and make another thread about legacy students or something. The genuine UH fans will root for the school and team.
yes, and we all can count the select few that attended OUR HOME OPENER:
INSANITY: Doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results
This is from the 2021 season vs Grambling State. Come on now.
lol
Yeah, thatâs a pitiful effort at a âgotchaâ comment.
Honestly, though, the attendance wasnât that much different.
The student turnout Saturday was much better than that Grambling game though, as I recall.
Little over 25k. It was pathetic
Yes.
Colorado has a much higher attendance floor than UH. Do you really think that if Prime had the same exact performance at UH that he did at CU that we would have put 53k butts in seats for a 4-5 team? Is the National Media giving wall-to-wall coverage to Deion when heâs playing in front of 25k?
Keep in mind that during Dorrellâs tenure, immediately prior to Deion, CU only drew less than 40k (not counting 2020 when they didnât allow fans) once.
