Thanks Katie!
Same for me - just tried to buy a couple and it said billing address (which is prepopulated from the file) didnāt match the billing address on file. Classic cooging of it.
enunez@central.uh.edu bounced back. Hopefully there isnāt another staff member with the E Nunez as their name.
I sent an email. Doubtful it makes any difference.
send this Coogfans thread link to the UH Football social media accounts
Same here. I didnāt/receive the email and Iām a season ticket holder. I had the same issue earlier in the summer about the email for adding/relocating seats for the season. Never received it. Yes, I checked my junk/spam folder.
On another note. If you enter that web address it doesnāt take you to the UH ticket website. Major fail.
fwiw, I had this same issue buying season tickets last year, and had to have them run my card over the phone. Paciolan is booty.
AD Nunez says he wants to know ā¦so let him know!
Go Coogs ā¦beat Rice !
Too bad we literally waited till the season started to hire an AD.
Sorry but game day experience for your most popular and profitable sport is sort of a big deal.
They chose to fire Pez lateā¦they chose to take their sweet time hiring an ADā¦thatās on Renu and Tilmanā¦sorry
Has anyone even seen Nunezās mission statement on what he plans to get done in his first 100 days? Longer?
Those discussions should have been part of the interview process
I find the web interface on the ticketing platform we use to be pretty clunky and not user friendly at all. I would imagine every school that uses the same platform has complaints, they should all pressure for fixes - assuming they are locked in to it.
You ever thought maybe DONT put the stick in the spoke and we would sell some tickets?
Is the metaphor high parking costs, high beer prices, loud PA speakers?
Not enough portacans in the blue lot.
Iād guess the list of things Nunez needs to fix would be quite lengthy . . . . . hope he can get by on 2 or 3 hours sleep daily for a couple of years.
Iāve had season tickets since 1993 and didnāt receive an email offer.
Then again, I had to call on Friday before the UNLV game to ask for them to actually send my tickets.
I didnāt receive this email as well. I did hear about the promo on 790. What an absolute joke by the ticket office.
Nunez.
I didnāt receive an email about the rice game promo either. However last week I did get an email about the upcoming volleyball games having limited availability. Iāve never been to a volleyball game so I looked for a link to click to take me to a place to buy tickets. No such luck. A literal ad with no link. Went on UHcougars.com and clicked through 3 pages to find the page where I could buy.
On a positive note, I think the only reason our season football tickets have any kind of resell value is that itās a lot easier to find them on stubhub/seatgeek than our own box office.
I got the email. It was in my Gmail promotionās folder.
I had the same issue when I was trying to renew my season tickets in the summer. Something is up with that system
Has anyone been able to use the promo code RICE24 and actually buy tickets (ie completed transaction)?
