Saunders for BYU tore his about the same time and they think Dec or January he will get cleared (was a 2nd round pick). I realize not all recoveries are the same.

Sure, but getting cleared doesn’t mean he’ll be in any condition to contribute.
Toppin had surgery on 3/19. I think Saunders was a couple of weeks ahead of him on that.
Regardless, Tech will be lucky to get significant contributions from Toppin by the second half of conference play. These guys are legit NBA prospects, so they won’t be rushing back to get on the court.
