UH Baseball Schd & Season-- 2024

Got people over watching NY Rangers v Caps playoffs.
Have the live stats on the phone.

Thought it was a typo when I saw the AM starter.
A 6 ERA in just 3 innings vs Wagner, Rhode Island, & Prairie View ?
UH is bad but not give this guy a start bad.

Then I remembered it’s Whitts old boss at AM now.

3-3 in the 2nd Aggies with runners on the corners and only 1 out

Cougars give up 5 in the home half of the 2nd and trail 5-3. This may get ugly tonight

Still 5-3 in bottom of third.
Four UH hirs to two for A&M.

Lucky TWs friend spotted him 3 w their starter.
Don’t c a run ruler coming up. Schloss will not embarrass TW.
Aggies use rock bottom bullpen.

Well, Schloss pulled the pitcher that gave up a HR and hit batter in the fourth right after talking about how much Todd helped his infield and teams at TCU.

Down 11-4, bottom 6.

We have 2 errors that scored runs, have given up 6 walks and are 0-2 stealing bases. In other words, it’s Cougar Baseball.

Still make sound base decisions & not run rule a buddy.
That guy he pulled is normally $. 2nd in app & era.
Uh had a rare moment there. Had 2 yank him.

Can someone give me one good reason Nickens is playing over Schoenvogel? He is a horrible CF and cant hit near as well. Oh I forgot, Nickens was a Bandito!

Announcer said he’d tell UH pitchers not to give up walks to bottom of the order.

Softball was just run ruled by Lady Aggy 12-2.

Can baseball finish better?

I’ve been wondering that for weeks. Makes absolutely no sense.

Current AM pitcher had 0.1 inning vs Lamar until now.
Set up to get a few runs and avoid getting it called.

Schloss must have the over.

13-11 A&M win.

Did we pitch to win?

In other news, UT beat out next opponent, UTA, 11-0.

Might be enough to secure another season at the helm.

Perhaps Schlossnagle might like Whitting’s help again in 2025?

It looks like we tried but with no success. Top two pitchers that threw gave up the most runs. Giving up just two runs over the last four innings was a nice change of pace for some of the guys that threw. Good job by those guys in an extremely tough environment.

Pitching has developed nicely….the new pitching coach has done wonders.
