We’re a basketball school. Yez is willing to overlook this program and women’s b-ball.
2-1 Coogs bottom of second. Antoine Jean gave up a couple singles and a walk in second but only one run. Need bats to keep connecting.
“Oh goodness!” Men on first and third. Murray knocks ball back to pitcher and his glove falls off with the ball. Pitcher throws to catcher who runs down guy on third heading home. Guy from first tries to sneak into third but catcher tags him out on his slide. Ends the inning. “Oh goodness!”
Fast forward. 6-2 Coogs top of fourth.
10-4 UH win!
So looking at the remaining schedule it will be extremely difficult for UH to even make the conference tournament.
This year the number or teams will increase from 8 to 10 but they still likely won’t make it.( let that sink in)
UH has three series left , UCF(home), KU( away),
OSU(home).
They are three games back from the last spot….i would say they need either 8-9 wins to make it happen….
Seven might make it interesting.
With KU and OSU still remaining I would say a sweep of UCF HAS to happen.
BTW, all sports will be wearing the Columbia Blue uniforms next year at some point.
Dang. Didnt even know that was possible… wth
If we make the Big 12 tournament, CTW will be back.
Why? I get the FB connection, but other sports?
Doubt it……not from what I heard.
And finishing in 10th place with an RPI over 100 is not good enough, nor are the last 6 years.
They are considered “City of Houston “ colors……that is how they are getting away with not being sued……
It’s not an Oiler thing……that is what UH lawyers will say if Skunk
or whatever her name tries to sue.
The lawyers have told Pez UH is rock solid in its position….the Titans don’t own the colour scheme.
By having all sports use the colours they have no leg to stand on.

Apparently the women’s soccer team and the men’s golf team wore the colours last year as well.
Anything that annoys the Adams tools is a good thing, even if it isn’t really.
Good deal. Just saying that based off past coaching decisions, like WBB, if CTW goes 8-1 in the last three Big 12 series, we could finish around 70-80 in RPI. Injuries and that strong of a finish could persuade a cost conscious AD to stick with status quo.
I don’t see us winning more than one of three at KU who’s been playing rather well. Sweep UCF and OSU? Very doubtful. Who’s going to be our Saturday pitcher?
There’s really no “cost” associated with making a change, unless there are still major donors who will pull/reduce support if that happens. I would hope the money guys are more astute than that, but you never know.
Should still shell McNeese but UH pitching stinks so far.
T3 McNeese 5-0.
Wright/ Stuart/ Luzardo have pitched.
There’s a game?

McNeese is ranked around 135 and we’re roughly 105 and should be highly favored at home. I’ll be quite surprised if we go 5-4 in those three Big 12 series.
O’Donnell in to pitch for UH. Left bases loaded.
7-3 Cowboys to bottom of sixth. Need more hitting.
Cost is just any buyouts and if new contracts are higher than current ones. New guy might also ask for more recruiting money and assistant pay. Reasonable asks.
