UH Email on New Ticket Technology

I failed to mention that I could not get home that day. Ended the day with 3 feet of water in the house. Had to stay with my date for the evening. She was, along with her dad, big Pirates fans. She was understanding. We ended up married several years later. I don’t like to rush things.

We won 8 games and 12 games a couple of years ago , but winning when it last meant something, maybe 2015 and 2016 with Herman, and its been a while since we had that. Hoping we grab 8+ wins this year.

I always liked collecting them, too. Along with newspaper stories of big wins.

Do want to add, that UH did do the cool commemorative ticket for their first Big 12 game in 2023 for the season ticket holders. That was nicely put together, though I do not know if everyone knew about it. I have mine sitting on a shelf with my ticket stub containers.

I have one for basketball.

I just like paper tickets

That is a great idea. We can get more seats filled by making it harder to get in the stadium.
While you are at it continue to not accept cash,(LEGAL TENDER) for drinks and food. Why don’t you raise the parking fees and keep the cash lot as far as possible from the stadium.

I received the email but can only download the SFA tickets into my wallet. Last year I was able to download all the games.

I am still waiting for my email to download and move to Apple Wallet.

I thought they got rid of the cash parking lot.

I eat before I get to the stadium since I use cash. Saves money over very inflated stadium prices too. I did splurged on a funnel cake one time.

I was able to find the tickets in my email, download the skibadoo app to turn them into a scannable code, mirror them to my Samsung phone, then format them to my google wallet.

Easy peasey

I received the email with the tickets. I moved the SFA game to my Apple wallet, along with the parking pass. My question is, I went to each of the tickets for the remaining of the season and moved each game and parking. When I go to my wallet, I have only the SFA games and parking pass. Will they show up after the end of a game played or should every game be in my wallet?

Cant remember if it was an option, but sounds like you downloaded all games layered, or whatever it is called. Once the SFA game is over, both tickets and parking for the next game should show up. Much easier to keep your wallet straight

That’s exactly what happens… you’ll only see the next game in your wallet.

Here’s my question, since I’m tech illiterate… do I need to do anything to my phone to use the NFC feature? I can only imagine hundreds of us standing at the entrance trying to show each other how to enable NFC function…

Bar codes are easy to me, but I’ve never “tapped” my phone to do anything. I just learned how to “tap” to pay with my debit card this year…

EDIT: I just searched, and yes, NFC must be enabled. I am skeered about this new technology and its effect on our ticket lines.

I’m sure it’ll all be smooth as silk for the first game when everyone hits the gates at the same time.

“Didn’t you read your email?”

I see this symbol at the top of the ticket, I assume that means “tap”.

But also notice there’s a “show code” option at the bottom of the ticket, which pulls up a QR code. I assume that will still be an option?

A date on the day you sign divorce papers? Ben!!
