Lots of Dawgs in those pics.

Thanks for posting the workout videos and about the various exercises.

Impressive!

Please keep 'em coming. It is super interesting.

Amazing how S&C has evolved over the years. Really, every variable of everything…

As a long term Coog ('81), been fun to get a glimpse inside the training room.

Bishop seems to be innovative and creative in his approach to S&C.

So just jumping rope, everyday, wont improve your vertical? Lol

Correct

So I wasted my time jumping rope 50+ years ago. How sad!

I guess sitting in my recliner watching sports on TV doesn’t help either. Bummer.

Maybe if you did 12 ounce curls while sitting would help.

Sounds like a winner! But I may go all out and do the 16oz curls; sometimes you have to push the envelope!

My son is 6’1 now, just graduated form college last year.

When he was 11 I think I had him start wearing ankle weights to school everyday( he would just tuck them under his jeans) every now and then we’d add another 1/2 pound to each.

When I was in high school we had a kid from Indiana move to El Paso( I know, poor kid)….he was a 5’9 point guard, basketball only kid…I played basketball to give me something to do until baseball started….anyway, kid had springs for calfs….I could through the ball up and ally pop a massive two handed dunk to himself….it was nuts….I noticed this freak wore ankle weights every where……we took in to Juarez…he wore his damn ankle weight….anyway, kid would up playing d2 in Arkansas somewhere but he was a good guy.
I never forgot it…now you have to understand I was grooming my kid to be a middle infielder from just a few months past birth……so my goal with the weight was for him to in crease his vertical to be able to get up for later be drives….I think he stoped wherein them everyday after freshman year hs……rest of high school was off and on but most weekends….so this long boring story and when he was a sophomore at on 5’7 he could dunk a volleyball ( couldn’t grip basketball) and junior year a couple inches taller maybe 5’10 he could really get up do do a few things….kids on basketball team heard about so he showed them……but then said sorry guys I can shoot, dribble or pass.
I also, used bands with him, parachutes with him and heavy weight sacks to run with…he was running low 6’6 sixties whisk is pretty dencent….I find all of the train and what Bishop and the rest the group just fascinating….imagine if some of us old guys had access to what these kids have now?

I coulda been a pro:face_with_hand_over_mouth::lying_face:
