The coach quit on the school….he sat on his ass after one good season and didn’t put effort into the school or program.
My son was recruited to a certain school by a certain coach……the coach left for the east coach before the year even started.
He played the entire season, got good grades, made some good friends.
After the season was OVER he decided to transfer….went to a school that had recruited him hard and had a good coach.
There is a right way and a wrong way.
Like I said, guys that quit in season are soft.
