I still don’t like the way USNWR ranks…but such a big jump is indicative that we are moving in the right direction!

This is amazing! Well done to all the professors, admins, and students that contributed to this! Dr. Khator is still a rockstar!

Good job, UH!

Glad I got my degree when it was easy.

And that was something that was said before. Young Coogs come to UH because they want to and Old Coogs went to UH because they had to.

Its not a shot at previous gens, but instead a reassurance that the fandom is in good hands in the future.

Looks like #133 National.

Jumped back to the position before the restructuring a few years ago.

If prop 5 passes in November, we’re gonna really be cooking with gas.

I can only speak for myself, but I definitely went to UH because I wanted to. I wanted to be a part of building something, not joining what was already in place.

I went for moments like this, when I can see a rankings jump like this and say, “I was part of making that happen.”

It is why some people join startups and others only want to work for IBM.

I think Houston was #182 national ranking last year.
Looks like we jumped 49 spots to #133.

Is it 133 or 70? I’m confused, even at 133 we have a long way to go but have come many miles lol

133 Total
70 among Public Universities

Thanks for clarifying
