Yeah, and I hate them.
I’ve only been to a Rice game once. Got reprimanded when I sat with my beer one seat over from the appropriate section. I did enjoy the old timey bathrooms though.
Back in '66 or '67, the smell of alcohol in the Rice MOB was overwhelming . . . . . and there was no one around them to police it . . . . . maybe they just did not like beer in your section . . . . .
Well there wasn’t a “they” per se. There wasn’t anyone within 100 seats of me and my buddy. I just wasn’t aware that you couldn’t carry beer outside of the section where it was sold. The guy that sold it hollered down and asked me to move one seat over.
