Traylor = #hegone
In SA last year we sat with a bunch of young UTSA alums. We had a blast.
Oh well…after seeing their basketball arena and baseball stadium, they have room for improvements.
Sam Houston St. students did the same just after the school accepted an invitation from C-USA.
Why would you let students vote on anything? If your athletic program is valuable you raise the fee. If they don’t like it transfer to Texas Lutheran.
IIRC, UH students voted in favor of a student service fee increase to help fund TDECU.
Well our student body stepped up to the plate years ago thankfully. It reaped rewards for their alma mater. People can say what they want about sports, but it is the front porch of a university. Dr Khator has always understood this aspect of American culture, not having been born here, but she gets it.
my issue is you give one four-year cohort the power to control your university affairs for years. why?
just do what’s best for your school and get on down the road.
The Alamodome is a dump if I never have a reason to go there again it will be too soon.
yea, it sucketh
We thankfully also got nice donations from some alumni when we built TDECU (i.e. Ron and Carolyn Yokubaitis $10 million). I’m not sure how much our fee increase was compared to what theirs was going to be.
I mean why not let them decide the price of the mcdonalds value meal? Get them to set the electricity rates.
Well you may be going to the Alamodome sooner than later since it is a Big 12 bowl tie-in.
I worked with a guy with that same last name, probably related.
I thought it was fine. Parking is nonexistent but the facility was well maintained and easy to get around
I’m actually here for the UTSA game with my wife who is currently a student. Place is just fine and most importantly you can enjoy the game indoors.
Its just old and rank. But for what its being used for its fine.
