Wait list status for season tickets

Anyone have updates on season tickets for the upcoming year? I’m a football STH and on the waitlist but haven’t heard anything for the upcoming year. When does it typically happen?

I think it was August last year, they will call you, make sure you are not blocking unknown numbers.

I’m hoping the ticket office eliminated some of the ticket brokers and will open up more seats to UH alumni and fans.

I ratted out a few brokers in my area. Not holding my breath though.

They just finished the process. I am looking to move to less expensive seats and waiting to see what is available.

The process started a bit sketchy but Warren made sure I was taken care of thankfully. I used to split the cost of my tickets but with the passing of my dad in January I am now covering the cost for my seat along with my wife and special needs brother. I won’t be as close to center court but looking forward to being in 120 and seeing a different perspective near the team bench.

It says $75 for deposit and non refundable. If nothing opens up then does that mean that I’m SOL and my $75 is lost?

I was on the waiting list for a couple years, I had a hard time understanding where I was on the list. I finally got a hold of someone and they told me u was #330 something. I gave up and they gave me my money back.

Does your spot on the waitlist start at the very back or do your CP points matter?

Well if they would get rid of the ticket brokers and sell to our fans it would help tremendously

How many seat do you think open for new STH each year? With the state of our Basketball program being elite these past few years, I couldn’t see myself giving up my seats.

I would imagine 500 or so. Due to different circumstances and the rise in pricing.

Seems like they could rid the seats of ticket brokers if they just issued an RFID card one season and tracked which seats don’t have the RFID card show up because the brokers wouldn’t be able to give that card to every ticket they scalp…

If the RFID card isn’t present for at least 60% of the games then those seats get put on the chopping block…

They have a system that weeds out the brokers each cycle.

Then explain all the seats that were clearly broker seats last season…

I guarantee you my RFID method would weed every single one out…

Why do I need to explain anything? There is a system and it puts seats back in the pool that haven’t been used or has been on the market for every game. I doubt it is a perfect system but we are eliminating more and more each cycle. If you want better details give them a call.
