Was at the game as well. Our freshman Jade Jones with a double-double. I really like our 2 freshmen Jones and King.

I will drink the kool-aid! Be a pollyanna! If UH WBT continues to make improvement. Shooting more 3PTA and make a higher % of lay ups. Hopefully makes some improvement in FT and less TO. UH after beating High Point which was 5-0 and made the NCAA Tournament last year.
We are now 4-2. We have a chance to be 8-3 in our pre-Big12 Conference record.

I forgot to point out it was nice to have Ross play in her 1rst game this year. Apparently she played well! She is listed at 6’3". She gives the team some more height.

I didn’t know that was Ross first game. I was wondering where has she been in previous games. I do like what I saw from her with limited minutes today.

Attended the game also. Jade Jones looks really good. Going to be a fun team to watch.

Glad to see Ross play because we definitely needed another player with size. We may have to play Abdur-Rahim at the 4 some in conf play.

Turnovers and rebounding have to get a lot better before conf play. They have a tough opening slate to conf play but I believe in what Mitchell is building. The 2 freshman have been the best all around players and Hunter is starting to play really well.

We are 5-3 with losses to Rice, SFA, and Arkansas State. That can’t bode well for winning more than 10 games this year.

The ladies have already won as many games this year as all of last year. Props to them for that.

This team will struggle the rest of the way. There won’t be many more wins. But the culture and work ethic will be established.

When they get better shooters, we can expect a big jump for year 2. And I think they’ll compete from year 3 on.

The future is bright for women’s bb.

Southern Jags got the dub - beat Arizona and UH this week - surprised no team has even looked at how consistent he has been over the decade
