I’ve downloaded the rule book. Still going through it, but it says you must submit your roster to the scorers table before the 10 minute mark on the pregame clock. I think you can submit 15 names on that list. So for any given game you can submit a 15 man roster. However you can have more than that at practice or on the schools roster list, which isn’t the same as the game roster.

This is my understanding. There’s no limit on a team roster, but the game roster does have a player limit.
Lath? Not in this lifetime. He was a full on project from the get go with outstanding physical gifts and, being thrust into the fire, he exceeded expectations. Mylik isn’t going anywhere either. Defender, leaper, rebounder, hustler, dive on the floor guy.

I’ve just done a "Find’ for roster, team size, 15, 13, players and a few other words and can’t find a stated limit anywhere. Page 40 looked promising, but bore no fruit…

I pulled up the Kansas roster when we played them and counted the names.
I counted 17 names.
On purpose Sampson had 11 active roster players. He redshirted 2. He said that having more players “were in the way”.
We lost 4 of the 11 players to injury. That is 36% of the active roster.
An obvious disaster.

Kansas pretty much had the same issue as us. Too many injuries.

I don’t think anyone is saying Jamal should play for free or pass on the NBA but he could defer for a year until healthy and even more improved. His growrth this year over last was huge and he still needs to improve his medium & long range shooting. If the right NIL package is offered it could be worth it to stay.
The kid at USC is making 7 million in NIL as a freshmen. Mcain at Duke made 1.5 millon this year. At the end of the day Jamal needs to do what is best for him and what is going to make him happy, He’s already a coog hall of famer in my book and will wish him well no matter what he does! But with another year he would be the greatest Coog of all time and a lottery pick.

Yes the Rockets have a solid veteran and up and coming rookie at the position.
What I am worried about is Shead going the open market and going to the highest bidder.
