I love having Houston on our jersey, just not a fan of the Houston cursive font we did this year, it works with Cougars in cursive, but Houston cursive font looks like a high school team logo using a big marker to create, I hope we go back to traditional Houston font, just my take

We bring top recruits on their official visits. The pictures taken are mainly wearing the Black Jersey & Throwback White

Gotta make a Red jersey, that players prefer wearing. We’ve been wearing those Black jerseys since 2022. Players just prefer it as the Road jersey

Black and red is also just a fantastic color combination, concerns about looking like Tech be damned. There’s a reason sneakerheads openly lust over “bred” Jordans.

I’m with you on that. The “Houston” and “Cougars” are two different script fonts. I hate the Houston script, but the cursive Cougars script looks classy. If they just made them the same font in the classier style I’d be okay with it. The Houston script looks cartoonish to me. Nitpicking I know
