Well, IF the Rock can pay more and still make a profit, great. Maybe XFL will beat USFL.

All I know is the QB for the Gamblers is hot garbage.
As are most NFL backup QBs, especially once you get down to QB3. So long as these leagues produce lots of TDs, people may watch in big enough numbers to keep the minor leagues viable.
Not having travel expenses has to be cost effective even putting them up in the hotel
a “Super Bowl” involving the XFL champion and the USFL champion would be interesting
