Yeoman made a living off East Texas players.

Successful Cougar Football = Recruit like Yeoman.

Willie Fritz is doing exactly that.

I don’t doubt that. Fritz has brought in some great players, so I like his eye for talent.

For sure….and if you look at these signings they are mostly top 500-1200 in the country….i would think many will move up even higher after this summer and fall….

But if you are a TOP 1200 player in the Nation you are an absolute stud.

I don’t have a staff, but GoCoogs.com has 14 or so contributors currently.

That’s what I thought Ryan.

Regardless, I agree with the poster.

You ALL do a Great Job!

Thanks…

I was impressed with this excerpt from Ryan’s post:

Day two began on campus, with catering from The Breakfast Klub, while the group heard from professors about what Houston has to offer. They also heard about the expected class workload and the mental health services available to them. Sonny was impressed with UH’s commitment to mental health.

I didn’t know we did that, good to see the profs involved.

Also thought this was cool: “Mullen says Willie shared a nugget about recruiting with him and the other commits. “You’re a commit now. It’s kind of like a marriage. You can’t go cheat on your wife. You can’t go talk to other schools.”

Those recruits that may object to Willie’s little nugget would probably be better off elsewhere.

Idk Ryan… sounds like a staff to me and chatgpt… lol

Either way, we ALL appreciate the good work you and your team of writers/editorial staff are doing to relay Coog info out to us!!!

From chatgpt…

What is a group of writers that work for an owner called

It depends on the context:

  • In television, a group of writers working for a show creator or producer is usually called a writers’ room or writing staff.
  • At a newspaper, magazine, or website, they are often called the editorial staff.
  • More generally, a group of writers employed by a single owner or organization can be called a staff of writers or a writing team.

Semantics…

As you very well know this has been HCWF “tactics/vision” every stop he has been.
Recruit early and build trust. Some recruit because of high scouting marks. HCWF does both. What you have today can become a five stars while they are “groomed” within our own Coaching. This is what makes HCWF so special.
If stars were the sole guarantee to win a cfp uta and atm would have won the last 10 or so. It reminds me of the analogy of getting a steak at Aldi vs Ralphs or more upscale grocery store. The key to a good steak is good meat and how good you cook it.

I’ve heard Williams-Callis is reminiscent of Barry Sanders.

Hope he commits!
