Yes sir, That is exactly what prompted my post. This too was striking. “ If you don’t act , you will be acted upon”. Could be interpreted a number if ways.

Good post. I absolutely agree that the big12 would raid the pac12 under current circumstances and not the other way round.
Is this what’s really going on tonight? Maybe someone started a rumor.

Nope
This dude used Mhver as a possible source. It’s for entertainment purposes only. Speaking of that his source has cooked up some solid fanfic tonight.
MHVer3 should be banned from this forum, not even joking.
It’s fake news In its truest form
Here’s another one. Maybe rumor.

Phew, he tweeted this to all his 26 followers. Don’t recall us announcing that we had applied to the big12
That’s what I just noticed….26 followers… and he looked like he might be a weatherman intern….
Nothing happens until the PAC receives numbers from media companies.
Yormark should announce the Big-12 will only take 2 new members. This would cause the Big-12 to more carefully evaluate candidates. It would cause a rush of applications. The announcement would not prevent the Big-12 from taking more.
We did announce our Big 12 application
Lol 26 followers and 110 likes on the tweet. That’s one way to market oneself by gravy training college realignment furor. “Expect cloudy skies and XII applications ahead “
I believe this information has been provided by ESPN and evaluated as part of the proposed P12/B12 merger, which the B12 rejected.
It hasn’t been made public, that I am aware.
Even if they haven’t heard from other media companies outside the 30 day exclusive negotiation window, I’m not certain that they will see substantially improved numbers.
Anyone join yet? Does the big 12 reign supreme ?
Don’t be surprised if they all say they are sticking together.
Yeah, I get that creeping feeling too.
I highly doubt it because i think it would be suicidal for their programs, but if they did try to stick it out in an absurdly weak PAC then i really dont care much…i doubt if it would improve our revenue much…the only value in PAC schools is controling more content that broadcasters would need, and further weakening an already dead conference. Honestly im cool with it either way it goes.
Weatherman intern may be onto something here. Closer to whispers around the newsroom than we all are.
