Wilner isn’t dependent on the PAC for his job. He seems to not just say stuff, so people leak to him knowing he’ll sit on it until the time is right to disclose. Nothing I’ve read by this guy the last couple years leads me to think he’s anyone’s shill. He’s a beat reporter covering the PAC.
I know there is much glee to be had to see some of the mighty fall, but not everyone is running a con.
